We first met Claudia while interviewing seller agents. The thing I admired most was she came into the interview saying ‘I don’t know your area very well so I will have to do my research’. That being said she presented us with a binder full of comps she had pulled for the area. She also called other realtors who had area listings and recent sales to learn about our unique market. When we saw how prepared Claudia was for the interview we were very impressed and she got the listing. Claudia’s pictures and videos of the property were professionally done and looked amazing. She gave us tips on how she wanted the place staged and she worked with us like a partner. At no point was she condescending. She always listened to what we had to say and was ready to roll up her sleeves to get it done. After the pictures were done she again consulted other agents and decided to further increase the asking price. Our priority was getting the home sold quickly but we decided to follow her lead. She also sanitized after each showing. We appreciated that as we were still living there.
