Excellent Communicator with the ability to discern a clients needs

Claudia did an excellent job being in communication with us throughout the process. She was able to effectively discern what our needs and wants were as well. When she talked with us, we never felt like a burden or that she had better places to be. She did an excellent job communicating to us with her actions that we were important and our priorities were reasonable.
