Claudia is incredibly proficient at her job!!! She worked diligently to sell our old house and buy the new one. She made it possible to get our new home against all the odds! The house we bought was on market only for 2 days, had few more contracts. Our contract had financial contingency, which makes it much week than others. But , she pulled it out with her knowledge and
