Especially in this crazy market where you pretty much have to see a listing either the day it is listed and/or before listed, Greg is your man. He truly listens to what you want to find in a potential property and he is very much accessible throughout the entire process. He humble, intelligent and an excellent strategist. My husband and I were extremely grateful when we wanted to look at a property last-minute and even though Greg had prior commitments. He was able to coordinate another associate to meet us at the house so we wouldn't miss out in case it was "the one". When we did find "the one," Greg's negotiation tactics really kicked in.
