If I had another house to sell, I would want Clark to be my real estate agent. He was honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, dependable, detailed and was always available for any questions I might have. And, most importantly, he was able to complete the sale of the house in a tight market.

I have been looking at properties with Clark for several months. So far I have not purchased which is one reason I am writing this review. Clark has been patient and professional throughout the months I have spent getting clear about my own wants, needs and preferences for investing in real estate. There has been no pressure applied to make a deal, so he can get his commission. I admire that. He is interested in customer satisfaction and return business. He is in it for the long haul, not the quick sale. Integrity counts. He also has a lot of contacts for home repairs and upgrades. That's another benefit of working with someone who has years of experience.
