Wether it's buying or selling Clariza is the person you can count on. I had such a pleasure working with her. She was very professional yet personable at the same time. She never left any questions unanswered and exceeded my expectations. Clariza took the time to oversee everything in detail and extended her help in adjusting errors that was beyond her work limitations.
