If you are looking for someone that will listen to your needs, be dedicated and committed to help you and have years of experience in the Oregon and WA markets, I would very strongly recommend Clarity Sanderson. Our family needed to relocate from California to Portland, Oregon. We needed to find a house in just a few weeks as we were selling our house in California. We were looking for an experienced local realtor that could help us identify Portland neighborhoods that would fit our needs and also help us close a transaction in a very short amount of time. Clarity made this process really fun and super effective closing our house in 30 days. With her local knowledge, Clarity was able to help us target a couple of locations and was very engaged in providing a supply of houses we could visit. Clarity was very much on top of things and extremely responsive (we were texting and/or on the phone many times a day). She was pro-active in negotiating with the seller any last-minute issues that arise during the 30-day closing. Her knowledge of local rules and regulations was a relief as we were new to Oregon and any last-minute surprises would have compromise the transaction.
