With any home purchase there seems to always a few bumps along the way, and Clarissa was always cool and positive, and helped to get us through it all. This was my 3rd home purchase, but 1st time actually having to shop for a home. During the process I lived in another state, so we had only 2 different weeks when I was there to look at houses. Even with the condensed time frame Clarissa was able to show me a lot of houses. She was easy to work with and very responsive to me when I called or texted with questions. We put offers on a few properties before getting the final one, and her valuations were accurate. I never felt pressured from her at all, and I felt like she gave me good counsel. I would work with her again.

Withone approximatley 1 week we had an offer on our home for a little less than our asking price and were able to close in about 30 days.
