Clarissa is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about the entire process of buying and selling real estate. She was well versed with the comparable sales in our area, which enabled us to get and excellent value for the home. She also gave us professional advice on how to stage the home, and Aaron took time to take professional pictures to enhance the true beauty of the home. After being on the Market for a few months by owner, we released the task to Clarissa and her team. They organized an Open House and the home had multiple offers the same weekend.
