If I could tell you all the ways I was a difficult and neurotic buyer and how patient and compassionate Clarice was through the whole process I would, but that would bore you. You really cannot find a better agent. I have met many realtors and most are terribly untrustworthy. Clarice is not only very caring but also a straight shooter who simply will not lie to you or pressure you. I don’t know what else to say. If you want someone you can trust and rely on, go with Clarice. If I could rate her 6 stars I would.
