Clarice was absolutely amazing! She was such a huge factor in getting our dream house. Her advocacy and negotiation skills were key in getting us an excellent price, even in this tumultuous market. She was available whenever we needed her and as first time home buyers we needed her often. No question went unanswered, our anxiety was soothed. We thought it would be three years or so before we were able to buy a home but Clarice made our dream come true.

Clarice is very friendly and personable and just a great person to be around. She is also knowledgeable about what to look out for and helped us to navigate the home-buying process as first-time home buyers. She had our best interest in mind and helped us to understand and exercise our power as buyers in this process which can be scary and overwhelming.
