I had a wonderful experience working with Clarence to buy an investment property in Bradenton. I'm a real estate investor located out of state and Clarence was instrumental in helping me identify local opportunities for investment based on his knowledge of the area and his knowledge of real estate investing. His communication throughout the process was excellent as he kept me informed me every step of the way and he was instrumental in recommending service providers that were needed during the contract negotiation phase and after closing. I felt so nervous buying my first Multifamily property but Clarence not only held my hand throughout the process but he also purchased a similar type of home in the same neighborhood.
