We wanted to acknowledge and thank Clare Dandy, with Keller Williams, for doing such a wonderful job in the sale of our home recently. Clare is so friendly right from the start that makes it easy to work with her. She always listened to us and gave us good, accurate suggestions on various strategies. She never imposed her will on us but allowed us to decide certain things with her appropriate thoughts. She was always prepared with the many steps needed and seemingly was one step ahead of everything. Paperwork flowed from her efficiently and accurately. Clare gave us fantastic suggestions on making our home more presentable but was never imposing or heavy handed; we always enjoyed a professional yet honest and friendly dialog with her. Clare was super responsive to our needs and questions along the way; she returned phone calls, emails, and texts very quickly, no matter what time it was. She is very client-centric in every way. It was a pleasure to work with Clare and more importantly get to know her. She will go out of her way to help her customers; many times she offered to help us with things that were not her responsibility, she just wanted to help for no other reason than that’s her nature. Overall, Clare made what is often a difficult burden, easier for us. Her keen sense of humor also allowed us to take a deep breath from time to time.
