Mama Clare is the absolute best! We were first time homebuyers not prepared at all for how tough the market is, especially at our price point. We were competing with professional investors and home flippers and kept getting out bid. Clare kept the faith and helped guide us through finding a house that would work for our family, making a strong but realistic offer, dealing with seller multiple (!!) counter offers, and ultimately in closing on the purchase of our new home. Clare is amazing! My wife & I thought we had no chance of purchasing the property we saw, however, Clare continually told us to keep the faith.
