We had a lot of curve balls thrown at us during that time, but Clare was always there to answer any questions we had. When the time came to list she helped us stage and took fantastic photos to show off our house. We sold in 1 day and for almost $12,000 over asking price. Our closing was delayed on 3 separate occasions due to missteps on our buyer's, and at one point they lost their financing. Clare stepped up and recommended at loan company to them and they were able to finance them. She went above and beyond to get this deal done.

The deal on our new home was close to falling apart several times due to the pushback on our previous home. Clare worked hard with the other agents to make sure these deals did not fall through. She communicated with us daily to help ease our frustrations and really pushed to keep the deal going. She listened to everything we needed in a home and got us the perfect house for us!
