We both worked on keeping each other appraise of any house I might be interested in seeing. She always kept in mind the criteria of the kind of house I wanted. Closing on the house was very quick and so easy. I would highly recommend her and will if my families/friends ever want to buy/sell their house.

Didn't actually wonderful job researching and finding great property. Know all the rules and legalities of the property real estate business. The process of finding a home as well as the entire process to closure was a breeze. Able to work quickly in order to secure things as we know timing can be so important with these very large decisions. Highly recommend.

Clara found us our first home by pure expertise. I sent her a house, I loved. We scheduled it for a showing later in the day and she suggested we see more homes before then. We told her our 'wants' and 'needs'. She showed us the perfect house for us and no it was not the one I sent her. Foundationally it was everything my partner and I wanted. We compared all the homes we saw and she gave us advice about the longevity of each house. How to invest in it, the area the house were in, the land the house sat on, the neighborhoods, etc. What I was most impressed with is that Clara made sure we were competitive with what we had. She maneuvered the negotiation and contracting process very very tactfully and out of 7 offers - made sure we were chosen. She also made sure we were partnered with the best mortgage company for us, and advised us to always negotiate and look around for the best benefits attached to a mortgage company. We walked away from this transaction with more knowledge than we came in with and a home.
