I have been a thorn in the side of Clara for the past 3 years, as I was very cautious and hesitant to purchase a house while being in the market. I often would make her run around to all these different houses in different areas with not much luck. Clara has the patience of a saint, and had much very needed knowledge about the whole process. What is most important to me, though, is that she is HONEST about expectations, and gives you a much needed outside perspective before you actually decide to bid on a house. Having this 3rd party perspective gives you the data points you need to make a good decision. My only regret is that I can't give more than 5 stars for her work!
Clara really delivered on both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new one. She is the nicest person in the world and is very professional. After working with her I quickly realized she is very experienced and really knows her stuff. It wasn't easy dealing with all of the parties involved but she was able to resolve every issue that came up and I felt like she always represented my best interests during the whole process. Clara made possible for our family to have the perfect home. She understood exactly what we needed. We saw this house with a different agent last year, after the seller accepted our offer he decided he didn't want to sell anymore, we were devastated. Then, we met Clara, spoke to her about this house, she showed other houses, and one day she surprised us telling us that she has been working on convincing the seller, long story short, we closed last week.
