Great Experience!

I was looking for a home in late 2024 and randomly got connected to Clara via Zillow. The very first property we toured had some issues, and I was going to just make guesses about them; I didn't even expect Clara to delve into them. But Clara went above and beyond to find out the specifics. She obtained the reports and documents highlighting the issues, and it answered my questions. Though this property was bought by another buyer, she showed me a second one despite not knowing whether I was qualified or not. I admire her willingness to serve clients and show patience. During this second showing I revealed my financial means to buy a home. Most realtors will be jaded if they're uncertain of your financial qualifications, but Clara demonstrated alacrity nonetheless. So fast forward to about 8 more showings and 7 months later, we finally found a home I was able to purchase and am very pleased about. Thanks much Clara!
