Claire has been very helpful in our earlier attempts to purchase a home, and later when we decided to sell our home of nearly 3 decades. In that event she was very clear as to what we needed to do to get the most for our property. She's cheerful, knowledgable, and present to work with. The experience was marred only by some of her junior staff not having the same professionalism that Claire herself displays.
