Claire is the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor that I ever worked with. Claire's knowledge goes beyond what you would expect from a typical realtor. Claire provided options to improve our property in order to maximize our return on investment. Claire stayed on top of our listing from start to finish. She is an excellent communicator and always had the most up do date information on the potential buyers and the status all the way through closing. I was a little nervous about selling my home, my mother had recently purchased a condo and suggested Claire. Claire walked me through every step, answered every question, (even the late night texts that I didn't expect answered until morning were answered almost immediately), and everything went just like she described. Every step explained, documented, painless and flawless. Picture day Claire was there well before photographer to walk through, then stayed with photographer to make sure everthing was photographed to her liking. Claire had everything planned and documented. all information shared, no surprises. I was given list of what was needed before it was needed. I am very glad that I chose Claire. she made the selling process very simple, all I had to do was listen and let her do what she does.
