I have used Claire 3 times so far. Twice to buy and once to sell my homes and she was absolutely fantastic throughout all three transactions. The thing I liked most about her is that she really goes to bat for her clients. In my last transaction I had been looking for awhile and made several offers on homes that did not pan out. Finally, I found my dream home which of course had multiple offers. I don't know what she did, but I was able to get the home! I don't think I would have been able to get it if it were not for Claire. She has a very laid back feel to her presentation, but you can be sure she is there for you every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs. I'm sure I'll be using her again in the near future.
