I bought my first investment property in Paso Robles through CJ and can’t say enough good things. He found me a deal before it was even on the MLS and helped me understand all the numbers, cash flow, ARV, rental comps, everything. Most agents just want a sale, but CJ actually helped me build a strategy for long-term investing. I’ve already referred two friends to him and they’re saying the same thing… the guy knows his stuff!
