My husband and I were very happy to work with CJ. She helped us find the perfect home for us! A little time passed and we had to move from California and once again CJ helped us, but this time it was with the sale of our house. We can only praise CJ and his team for the commitment and attention they have given us throughout this time. She was always ready to answer any and all of our (many!) questions and helped us through the purchase process through to closing (and beyond!) and today with the sale. Also, during this time of COVID, she has always taken the necessary care and precautions, providing us with all the protective gear for home visits and extra care, even after the pandemic has stabilized.

CJ helped us sell our home. She is a wonderful agent, I definitely recommend working with her! I could not possibly imagine anybody being anything but very happy doing so. There is nobody else my family and I would trust more. When we sold it was a particularly busy and challenging time for us, but CJ helped take care of everything. From inspections to minor fixes, staging and marketing, and through the process of closing: at every sing step of the way she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain to us each part of the process, including what to expect and what we needed to do. CJ was also very organized, I especially appreciated how she spelled out details and key points to us. Her experience really shined in that she was always steps ahead, and she really knew our market and area. Beyond this, CJ’s approach to working with people was fantastic. She takes the time to know and understand her client and their needs, and works hard to make sure those needs are met. I most certainly have recommended her to others, and other family members of mine have also worked with CJ. Again, I highly recommend CJ, there is nobody else I would even consider.

First time I sold a house was back in 2004. I remember how stressful it was, with all of the decisions in areas I knew nothing about. So when it came time to sell my house this year, I found myself no more knowledgeable than before, but in a market with tremendously higher stakes. I told myself, I need to find an agent I can truly trust, and I’m happy to say I found that with CJ. She knew exactly what to do with my house. Ranging from the level of investment needed to attract the most serious buyers, to style recommendations that didn’t just replace things, but did so in a way that complimented the existing strengths of the house. All of this was done with open communication, collaboration and transparency. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend CJ.

CJ has been absolutely amazing in our home search and selling our house. She helped us find our dream house during this pandemic. She was very helpful and showed us many homes in our wide search area until we found the right home. She was always available to see homes on a short notice, a requirement in our competitive market. Once it came time to move she went above and beyond by providing moving boxes, arranging for cleaning of our new home and getting painters in to do touchup before we moved in. Overall her service was amazing. CJ also connected us with a couple of different mortgage brokers to help with arranging financing. The broker we went with has been working with CJ for years and was also amazing on the loan process and making the loan process easy and getting us an amazing rate. When it came to selling our home, she arranged for staging, photos, 3D tours all in a very short time period. She sold our home in 5 days for over asking! The selling process was easier than I thought. Even though this is a stressful process, she made it that much easier for us. She was there for all the showings, and there were quite a few. This made us a lot more comfortable to know that someone we trust was in our home during the showings.

My husband and I saw a house we loved on Zillow, requested a showing, and were connected with CJ. We had not really been planning on buying a house at this time and had never been through the process before. We really feel like we lucked out with this random pairing, because less than a week later we put an offer on that house and a month later we moved into our new house! CJ is a true professional and helped us through every step of the home buying process. We were truly novices and her expertise in real estate and contracting was invaluable. CJ answered or got answers to every question we had, no matter when we sent them. We really felt like CJ had our best interests at heart and was honest with us through the entire process. Look no further; CJ is absolutely the best and most wonderful agent there is! Way more than five stars! I am so glad I found her. CJ sold my family home that my parents purchased new 62 years ago and the home I was born and raised in. This was very difficult emotionally for me and CJ was so wonderful about it even checking with me to see if I was ready to list the house before putting it into MLS.
