Ciro was a great and super responsive realtor who really cared about finding us the perfect place. We started out with one set of criteria and tweaked it along the way and he made changes based on our needs. We hit a few snags in the process due to the price vs appraisal and he did what was best for us each time. In the end another realtors mistake caused a delayed closing and again he put us first delaying his commission pay out which really impressed us. He was fantastic about putting our needs first the whole way through the buying process. We were looking for a second home this time around and plan to buy more investments in the future and plan to use him whenever possible. I would recommend him to family and friends for selling or buying property. HIGHLY recommend him for any real estate needs!
