We knew when we wanted to buy a new build that working without a Realtor was not an option. We have heard the horror stories! We are so thankful for Cinnamon!!! We ended up having a longer than expected completion date because the borrow next door fell out of contract with the builder and because of the style of home we chose we couldn't close until the home next door was further along in completion. From the first time we met with Cinnamon, then through closing day and beyond, she has worked harder for us than I could have ever expected. Cinnamon is great at what she does and has so much knowledge and experience, it made searching for a first house enjoyable and gave us confidence that we were making good decisions throughout the whole process. Cinnamon showed us dozens of houses over the span of a couple months and always had a positive outlook on our search, even when we were unsure the right thing was out there for us. When we saw something we liked she jumped in and spoke to the seller’s agent, ran comps and was there with great advice on making an offer. We saw a couple of things that we liked but, with Cinnamon’s guidance, avoided making an offer that wouldn’t have been right for us. When we finally found our perfect house, she worked extremely hard to make sure that we got our offer accepted over the five others the seller received. Over the course of the process she referred us to several local businesses to work with, including the lender that we selected for our loan, which saved us thousands of dollars over ones we had been looking at online. The whole time, we felt that Cinnamon had our best interests in mind and really cared about us, something that I didn’t expect from a realtor. We moved to area in 2017 and sent a request in regards to housing in area, within seconds it seemed she called and she worked feverishly on finding us a home to rent while we looked for where we wanted to buy.
