Selling the house was turning into a very stressful time in my family’s life, and she came in and made the process a much smoother, more seamless transition from preparing for the market, to listing and now accepting an offer! Where do I begin!!! Cinnamon Doran is AWESOME! She is very patient. We have been working with her since Feb 2021 and are finally closing on our house in Dec 2021. It has been a long stressful journey but Cinnamon got us through it all. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (no matter how many times we asked the same question) in a professional and timely manner. If she did not know the answer she would let us know and she would find the answer. We changed directions so many times over the past 10 months but she was always there to support us. What can I say? I've known Cinnamon all of her life. If you were putting together a team of resourceful people to help navigate unfamiliar terrain, you most certainly want to include her. Even as a child, Cinnamon was a conscientious person. She is a well-rounded individual, a world traveler, yet devoted to the cause locally. Did I say resourceful and knowledgeable? Well, she thinks outside of the box and finds information in unimaginable places. And she has a knack for explaining daunting details in layman terms. She is honorable and respected by her peers and loyal to her friends and family. She can be persistent. Think of her as being the friendly squeaky wheel that gets the job done. Yes, I'm her biggest fan.

I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. Buying a home is a big step and I was a bit anxious about the whole process, but Cinnamon was an excellent guide and really helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. Cinnamon is so knowledgeable and very patient - she did a great job explaining some of the more complicated aspects with me (disclosures, finance options and taught me how to look for things in a house that I might not have seen without her.) I really hope I don't have to buy a new house again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Cinnamon.
