Cindy is excellent at listening to what you need, and then doing everything possible to help you get what you need. Cindy helped me buy my dream home, and 14 years later when my job relocated, she helped me sell my dream home. She was with me every step of the way when I was looking for the right home. I looked at a range of homes, big and small, inexpensive and more expensive. She gave her full attention to each home – no judging, and tried to help me find the “one” I thought was right for me. When it came time to sell my home, she spent hours setting up open houses and advertising to different communities and potential buyers. She found not one, but two buyers for my home, and after negotiating a great contract for me, she made sure all the inspections went smoothly while I was out of state. I’m happy to say that my house closed and it now has a happy new owner.
