Cindy and Robert are outstanding professionals! We have had the pleasure of working with Cindy since 2017 and then most recently with Cindy and Robert on a total of three real estate transactions. They are the best! Smart and experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions - setting prices, making offers, and managing all the paperwork including 1031s. They are organized and on top of everything well before due dates and are available 24/7 (we have contacted them on holidays, weekends and nights - not expecting prompt replies during these times and yet we generally hear from them within hours if not minutes). I couldn't dream up a better team .. they are a pleasure to work with!

COVID brought a lot of unpredictability in our house search but Cindy seems to stay ahead of it all. She provided the down-to-earth guidance we needed to set good expectations but never stopped working behind the scenes to to find creative solutions to find us a home. We would not be in our new home without her and have already recommend her to family friends.
