Cindy was excellent to work with. I was very nervous going into this process, she set my mind at ease and allowed me to breath. We hit the market hard but we had many obstacles to overcome. We had buys making offers at the same time and this left me wondering what the best option was. Once again Cindy basically held my hand and discussed the pros and con's and we went with the very best option for myself and the prospective buyer. Cindy was a delight to work with, very professional and personal at the same time. I jwas selling my parents property which proved to an emotional time for me as dealing with my parent's affairs was something I wasn't prepared for. Cindy was gentle with me yet she nudged me in the right direction when I started dragging my feet, which happened several times. She got it sold and I can finally move on and I now have that closure that I really needed. If it wasn't for Cindy, I'd more than likely still be going over and mowing the lawn. I'm very blessed to have had Cindy on my side. She was amazing every step of the way.
