We were very hesitant to use a realtor because we thought we could buy/sell ourselves. We are SO glad we went with Cindy! She was incredibly knowledgeable and accessible and we were very comfortable working with her. She sold our home in record time and we got more than we thought we could for it. She fought for a lower price on the home we bought and we ended up getting it and I don't think we could have done that ourselves. We would recommended Cindy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
