MARKET OUTLOOK: Sept 2020: Currently Inventory is Very LOW, and is still a Seller's Market. Prices are still on the rise...but have slowed some in the prices above $900K. The inventory below $600K is still moving quickly Fantastic deals can still be found with Mortgage loans. Many lenders are offering below 3.25% and being creative in writing in closing cost into the loans. I have a few highly qualified Loan Reps that I work with. I was blessed to have an opportunity to give back to the American Cancer Society. I am the Simi Valley Relay for Life Entertainment Chairperson for the largest Relay event in Simi Valley. My job is to contact acts/entertainment (Music, Comedy, DJ's), marketing, booking the talent, managing the line-up and performances for the 24 hour event.
