Cindy has been our realtor and friend since 2014. She is genuinely nice and in my opinion one of the best in the business. We have both bought and sold with her and both transactions were easy because of her expertise. When we moved out of the NC area I was saddened to lose her as our realtor, but she still keeps in contact. You can't go wrong with Cindy! She is simply the best.

My husband and I used her to buy our first home. Then sell our first home and buy our second home. She really makes home buying/selling a breeze. We had the worst luck with huge hiccups with our sellers and buyers' agents. They had no idea what they were doing. Cindy really made it as smooth as possible. We will use her again, when the time comes.

She helped me purchase a House in North Carolina even though I was still living in New York. She was helpful and she kept in touch with me through the entire process.
