Cindy, suggested an above market price which we received! She was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. There were several minor issues with the home and she handled them all for me which was great as I was a long distance seller. Would highly recommend her!
Cindy was very realistic and knowledgeable in the pricing to ask for the house and communicated all options when the offers started coming in. house was under contract with in two weeks on the market, difficulty was with the county requiring a pin survey be for deed could be transferred. Cindy was able to negotiate with the buyers on contract to keep them purchasing the house. the survey took 2 1/2 months to complete and we were able to close. thank you
