She listened to our wants (prefer Milford) and needs (minimum two bed-two bath) and took into consideration things we didn't want (corner lot, busy road, too large or too small). She showed us some very interesting properties, but once we fell in love with a particular condo, she worked her magic to get us a sale at slightly below listing price. She also helped with a variety of applications like Home Place and Updater. She was very timely in her communications, either through calls, texts or email. We all know what a crazy market these last few years have been for buyers. I am not sure I would have found a near-perfect home for myself without Cindy's expertise. After almost 6 months of looking, she sent me a link to a not-yet listed property and told me to drive by.
