Even though the housing market was hot during this Covid-19 pandemic and the house sold quickly, it also fell out of escrow quickly due to job losses, not just once but twice! Very knowledgeable and very helpful

I met Cindy Slack at a open house, and was very impress with her. Approx 6 months later I put my house on the market. From the seller side it was not the best time. The house was on the market for 2 months before I took it off the market. I told Cindy if run into a buyer for my house I would sale it after being taken off the market. Approx 2 months later Cindy called me with a possible buyer, and within 2 weeks we were in escrow. Approx 4 months after selling my house I started for my house with another realtor that is a friend.
