My wife and I loved Cindy. We recommended her to friends after all her help in buying a home because of how nice she was. She did great at adjusting and offering new places to view based on our feedback from house hunting. Great understanding of the buyer/seller market and how to offer appropriately. We felt no pressure from her to buy, she wanted us to find what were hoping for. And Cindy is a shark!! Guiding us through the agreement, she made sure that we got the best offer and negotiation points possible without overstepping our bounds based on the property's value. We were one of like 17 couples to view first day, one of 4 to offer that day, and with Cindy's help we ended up getting our new home and feeling like we made out on top! Couldn't recommend her more.
