As first time homebuyers my wife and I had no clue how to go about it. Cindy was able to get us going with a great lender and came up with the numbers so we knew what we could afford before even looking. Once we had a number in mind she sent us some homes to look at and set up a showing. We looked at several homes and finally fell in love with a new construction home and she walked us through making an offer. After our offer was excepted she went above and beyond to make sure the loan would close and was able to get us in before Christmas! She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
