Cindy was amazing at both getting us in the house we wanted and selling our old home. The house we bought, Cindy was able to get us in to see it the same day it went on the market and we were under contract by the next evening. Her knowledge and skill was essential in the bidding process and resulted in getting a great house at a fair market value and doing it quickly. For selling our old home, Cindy was very prepared with complete market report and comparable properties in the area we were. She was dead on for the listing price (her price was $2k off of the appraisal!) and we ended up getting over asking and getting under contract on the first day on the market!
