I have had the opportunity to be a client of Cindy's for both buying and selling a property. In a tight buyers market, we worked with my broker to get a desktop underwriting approval, when we showed up to look at a selection of house she had done her research and had investigated the buyers position of the property, current interest which allowed us to make strong, realistic offers - we submitted two strong offers to different properties and both were accepted.
