Cindy took excellent care of us. She never gave up regardless of all the obstacles that were thrown our way, she was always there with positivity and guiding us to what was our best. We wouldn't be homeowners now if it wasn't because of her. She helped us with the entire homebuying process from the very beginning and has done more than i ever thought she would even after closing. Cindy is the absolute best, she is dear to us and we trust her. She is a genuine person that looks out for your best interest. My husband and I feel very blessed to have her come into our lives. Till this day, she still communicates with us, we seek out for her suggestions and advise. We plan on never losing contact with her and her family, they have a special place in our home. My daughters and I were looking to buy a home in Florida although we lived in Utah. Cindy was recommended to us by a loan officer in Utah and she was absolutely the best realtor ever! Not only did she dedicate a tremendous amount of time to our search in home, she was personable, friendly, outgoing with a massive Go-Get-Them,Can-Do attitude! She flew down with us to get to know the neighborhoods and did extensive research as well as thorough and on top of everything regarding the other agents, the sellers, loan officers and everything so that we had an easier transition to such a massive out of state leap. I would recommend Cindy as a realtor to anyone. As this being my husband and I's first time buying a home, there was a lot that we did not know, however, Cindy helped us to navigate. She was knowledgable about the market, real estate processes, and our needs and wants to our first home. Cindy reminded us to think about the water, electricity, managing the pool and lawn maintenances until we were able to arrive at our house. She gave us advice along the way, as we asked for it. For example: Our home insurance was a lot more than we were expecting and she informed us on what she has done to lower her costs, personally. Through processes of communication, we trusted Cindy enough that we were confident in the purchase of our home, sight unseen. We talked to Cindy everyday. At times, she called just to ask how we were doing with everything. Cindy was consistently available even being (3 hours ahead). We found her to be available at 10:00 PM- though having down-time with her family, or at her son's friend's birthday party. We never felt by any means unaware, uncertain, or neglected. She flew down to Panama City from Miami, when my husband and I arrived a month later, just to check in with us.

I trusted Cindy on listing my investment home. Cindy was always available and communicated how each part of the process would move forward, which allowed me to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations. She also provided different options aiming for my best interest. The listing only lasted a couple of days on the market before it was under contract and sold.
