She accurately priced my house, and wound up getting significantly more than the listing price. She offered suggestions, again while not offending or hurting my feelings. I would recommend this realtor to anyone who wants a first class realtor! She knows the market and will get your house sold quickly! She goes over and above, remembering to check at the end of the day to make sure lights are off and doors are locked and everything is in its place! Cindy is priceless! I give her 5 stars!
