Cindy leased our home for us on two different occasions in lightening speed with the best tenants we could ever have expected. She completely took care of showing our home, the background checks and lease. The process on our part was effortless. Cindy was always available to show our home. On one occasion was asked to show our home at 9 PM to a Military family who had traveled all day and asked for this favor. She ended up leasing to this family. Before we moved to the Atlanta area, my husband sent messages through Zillow to several realtors regarding rental properties. No one responded to him except one - Cindy. And she responded almost immediately! When we were visiting the area for a few days prior to moving, she worked diligently to help us quickly find a rental for our large family. And for the year that we were in our rental, she periodically reached out to us to make sure the rental was ok and to ask if we had any issues she could assist with. Once we became familiar with the area, we naturally asked her again to be our realtor as we looked to purchase a home. Through the process, she was very responsive to our questions and comments. She showed us many different areas and was knowledgable about all of them. Once we were under contract with our home, she made sure that the closing process ran smoothly (which it did).
