Out of the three agents/agencies interviewed, Cindy Poremski seemed to be the most personable and knowledgeable. Specifically, her knowledge of Ocean Pines and Mumford's Landing. Cindy provided a clear direction for marketing the property, and her suggestion of droning the property to show it's proximity to many of Ocean Pines amenities was exactly what we were looking for. Cindy posted our property on a Friday afternoon and by Tuesday there were five formal bids. Cindy took time to review the bids with us and by process of elimination we selected the best bid for us. We really think the droning of the property showing the back drop of Ocean City across the bay and the close proximity to the yacht club, marina, and two swimming pools helped move the sale along so quickly (4-5 days). Not to mention, settling on a bid $10,000 over list for a building lot. We fully expected the process, beginning to end, to take months. Instead it was 4-5 weeks from listing to settlement. Cindy really made this a pleasant experience, She is simply the best!
