Cindy Perttu has been our realtor for 20 years. We have purchased both our personal homes and investment properties with her help. Her advice has been very helpful, appropriate, and appreciated throughout all purchases! She has even helped us after the sale if questions or concerns arise. We have had to use other realtors in locations that Cindy does not operate and have been sorely disappointed each time. We will continue to stay with her for all our real estate needs in the future.

Cindy also sold me my house and there wasn’t even a doubt who I wanted to list my house. She is very ethical and in my opinion is the best agent to work with.

Despite the circumstances Cindy was top notch in marketing our fathers house. She was explicit on what we, as sellers, were responsible for and what we could expect. She was excellent in handling the sale and communication on all aspects was on point. I, personally, will be asking for her professionalism in purchasing property in the near future. I certainly will be referring her to others.
