Cindy went above and beyond any expectations that I had in purchasing a house. Cindy was very efficient in lining up homes for us to look at that met our style and budget. She did a wonderful job of keeping us informed and up to date of new listings of homes. When we did find our new home Cindy was very helpful in guiding us through the process. We were in Venice for a very short time and had to go back to our perspective home state. Thus most of our transactions and communication took place via the computer and electronically. She was always very prompt in responding back to our inquiries and questions. She continued to be very helpful after the official closing by meeting different people at the house with the keys so they could complete work. I was worried that some tasks would not be taken care of due to us being out of town. Cindy took the worry out of being an absent owner and continued to give updates and feedback concerning our new home. The most outstanding quality that I find is Cindy remains very helpful even after the paperwork is completed and the sale is final.
