As soon as I was connected to Cindy Murphy, she called me. I told her our frustration with the 'agents' we'd spoken to and how I felt their lack of interest was because of our low budget for the area. Regardless, for our ministry we needed a house in the area. Cindy jumped right on it and within a few days found a house we thought we could adjust to. However, when I mentioned my husband was willing to drive a little further, she immediately sent us links to houses in Port Saint Lucie within our budget. We found several we liked and one in particular. Without seeing it, we made an offer and she advised us to come down the day of inspection. We did that and discovered it had structural issues. Once again, Cindy got busy and we extended our stay for a couple days. The next morning we'd chosen six houses (at her suggestion) to see. We found our home that day. Cindy was beside us not only during the search, the process of purchasing it and closing long distance, but gave us valuable information on moving and places to obtain help as we needed it. She has kept in contact with us and we hope we've developed a long friendship out of this process. We will gladly, highly recommend her.
