In 2021 we put a rental property on the market for sale --within a few days we had an offer & accepted it & closing was set to be within a couple of weeks. Upon the inspection it was discovered that we needed to install a new Septic system - so we started that process. Unfortunately in the process of this my husband encountered a medical issue that put him in the hospital for 2 weeks. Cindy stepped up & took care of most of the process & questions that arose & took that burden off for me. She dealt with the Septic Company & answered both their questions & mine. Closing went off on time & she delivered the proceeds to us at one of the medical appointments - to save me tracking it down later. She went out of her way to make everything go as smooth as possible for us during this time I would highly recommend Cindy for any of your Real Estate needs as I know she will go out of her way to make the whole process go as smooth as humanly possible whether you are selling a property or looking to buy a new home.
