Hello, I wanted to take the time, to let everyone know how my experience with Cindy McCormick went. First I would like to mention how professional she was during my sell of my home. She is deffenintly looking out for your best interest. She continually kept. me in the loop on everything. She also worked hard on all my requests.. The transaction went very smooth. After closing Cindy came to my home with a beautiful thank you gift. Cindy knew after closing I would be driving to another state. Again she met me and came with a small cooler of healthy snacks, sandwiches, cheese , snack bars, yogurt, carrots and juices. On my travels I only stopped for gas. Cindy sure made my road trip so much easier. The night before I left we met for dinner, again Cindy wanted to pay. I tried but she insisted. So I say who does all this? Cindy McCormick that's who.! I have no doubt in my mind we will be friends for life. Anyone who gets the chance to work with her, you will not be sorry. Such compassion for humanity. Cindy has been an amazing realtor. She helped sell 2 of my business properties and 1031 buying 2 newer duplexes. She did a garage sale when I sold my last home. She helped with the purchase of our home that we are now in. She helps rent my two duplexes when the renters move out. She helps with getting things fixed with all my properties. Without hesitation, she explained everything she would do to sell my house. We scheduled a walk-through and she pointed out things that should be taken care of to help the selling process go smoothly. In 2018 we sold our home for Top Dollar. Cindy came, evaluated our home to let us know what we needed to do to provide the best visual for prospective buyers. She worked hand in hand with us, even with setting up an Estate Sale of my parents items. We followed all of her suggestions. She provided a gorgeous virtual tour of our home and set up two Open House weekends. The second was not needed as the house was in escrow after the first weekend’s Open House.
