Cindy Mathys did a remarkable job finding us our dream home. We were picky in what we desired - and we searched over 4 months and 3 cities in Northern Virginia. Cindy was patient, and was always ready to flex her schedule and show us homes (some of them multiple times). She has a keen eye for detail, and her engineering and business background helped us significantly in selecting our forever home. She got to the crux of issues, she demonstrated great tact in interacting with sellers, and was an excellent negotiator.
