I currently live in Illinois. I purposely flew in to Punta Gorda, with the prospect of getting a realtor on board, and purchasing a home, for my retirement years. I fell in love with Punta Gorda, Fishermen's Village, and the area. Upon contacting Cindy Marsh-Tichy, the realtor listed on the Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty yard sign, posted at 26522 Trujillo Dr., Punta Gorda, I knew from the first one on one contact with Cindy, I would retain Cindy as my Punta Gorda realtor. I asked Cindy for a second showing on the Trujillo property, which she promptly reciprocated. Cindy was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Both my friend and I were left with reassuring feelings regarding the property and I felt I could trust Cindy in telling me anything I needed to know regarding the property, the area, and the purchasing process. When I left Punta Gorda and came back home to Illinois, and decided to put an interest deposit on the property, Cindy was there the entire way from start to finish, telling me the steps I needed to take, and how to go about the process. Once the home inspection was completed, and I reviewed the report, and had a few concerns that I discussed with Cindy, she immediately took the helm, and got the issues resolved. Cindy Tichy looked at many houses for me before I bought. She contacted my brother who lived near where I was looking to arrange for him to accompany her on house tours. This was very helpful because I couldn't travel to see the houses myself. They took additional pictures when I needed them, explained the local codes and regulations and explained the important factors to look for when buying. I couldn't ask for more. I may buy another house in the same area, and if I do, I will look for her.
